Q: Why do you work from home?
A: We enjoy our family time and it is more conducive to our lifestyle. There’s no reason to rent retail space. In addition, clients truly enjoy the relaxed feeling of our boutique studio. It is not a stuffy cold store front.
Q: Can I just drop by and get some quick photos?
A: We work by appointment only to ensure you receive our full attention. By offering our services this way, we can take the time required to create a one of a kind portrait for you.
Q: Why do I sometimes get your machine when I call?
A: When you become a client, you will come to appreciate this. The style of portraiture we create requires our undivided attention that includes every aspect of our business (even the phone). When you commission Portraits by Eric, it is all about personal service, from your first call to your picking up your portraits.
